These terms apply to every order placed with COVOTO Global Technologies Pvt Ltd on clothingbrand.in, on WhatsApp or by email.
Orders and minimums
The minimum is 50 pieces per design, per colour. Prices shown on the site are per piece, exclude GST, and depend on your total quantity, print and label choices. The price on your order page is the price you pay.
Payment
Every order is paid 100% upfront by UPI to the UPI ID shown on your order page. Production starts after we verify your payment. Orders above ₹1,00,000 are paid in parts because UPI apps limit single payments. We issue a GST invoice for every order.
Artwork and samples
You confirm you own or have permission to use every logo, design and brand name you send us. We share a proof and make one sample for approval before bulk production. Changes after sample approval may change the price and date.
Production and tolerances
Garment measurements may vary by ±1.5 cm and colours may vary slightly between fabric lots and from screen previews. Bulk orders may contain up to 2% extra or short pieces; short pieces are refunded at the per-piece price.
Cancellation
You can cancel for a full refund before your artwork is approved. After that, costs already incurred for fabric, printing screens and labels are deducted.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
