Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping

We ship across India from our Hyderabad factory with tracked courier partners. Shipping is charged at actual cost for your pincode and weight, and confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. You get a tracking number on your order tracking page.

Timelines

Sample: about 7 days after artwork approval. Bulk production: usually 18 to 25 days after sample approval. Delivery: 2 to 7 days depending on location.

Defects

Check your order within 7 days of delivery. If pieces have manufacturing defects (stitching, print or wrong size against the approved sample), send photos on WhatsApp (+91 79958 17606). We will remake the defective pieces at no cost or refund them at the per-piece price.

Returns

Because every order is made to your design and carries your brand label, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, fit preference or unsold stock.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the UPI account you paid from within 7 working days.
