This policy explains how COVOTO Global Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we") handles personal data on clothingbrand.in, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you enquire or order: your name, WhatsApp number, email, brand name, GSTIN, delivery address and the details of your order. When you pay: the UPI transaction reference (UTR) you enter. We never ask for or store your UPI PIN, card or bank details.
When you browse: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to improve the site.
Why we use it
To quote, make and deliver your order, verify your payment, issue GST invoices, reply to you on WhatsApp, phone or email, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We send marketing emails only if you subscribe, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only with courier partners (to deliver your order), our payment bank (to verify payments) and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for 8 years as required by GST law. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@clothingbrand.in. We reply within 30 days.
